Shipping Destinations
Etech Mobility currently ships within the United States and Canada only.
Excluded US State: Alaska, Hawaii and any Islands
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to US Mainland, there are no hidden fees or additional charges for shipping unless otherwise specified for expedited or specialized services.
Canada Shipping Cost: $269.95
Delivery Time & Order Time Zone
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping Time : All orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 02:00 PM (EST) on business days. Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be processed the same business day, while orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
- Canada Delivery Time: 6-10 Days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the confirmation.
Order Cancellation
To cancel or change an order you recently completed, please contact customer support mail at cms@etechmobility.com as soon as possible. we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located at: 5656 John Cannon Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116, United States by FedEx or UPS Express Courier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Sales Tax
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of Sale Taxes, no Sale Tax would be added or deducted from the total price shown before and during checkout.
