Refund policy

At Etech Mobility Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process within 14 days of delivery. Please review the terms of our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to complete the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used parts & accessories
  • Custom or personalized products

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer service team at cms@etechmobility.com or call at +1-800-883-2301 with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for returning the item.
  • Securely package the item and include your RMA number. Ship it to our warehouse address: 5656 John Cannon Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116, United States.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Restocking fees: 20% of the product price

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund after we have issued it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cms@etechmobility.com or call at +1-800-883-2301. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
