Electric Wheelchair Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

Our electric wheelchairs come with a three-year limited warranty, covering different components as follows:

  1. Frame: Covered for 1 Years against structural defects.
  2. Motor: Covered for 1 Years against manufacturing defects or premature failure.
  3. Battery and Controller: Covered for 1 Year for manufacturing defects and performance issues.

Parts and Accessories Warranty

1-Year Limited Warranty

All replacement parts and accessories purchased directly from eTech Mobility carry a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal use.

Warranty Conditions and Exclusions Conditions of Coverage:  

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Exclusions:

 

  • Damage caused by improper use, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear of parts including, but not limited to, tires, upholstery, and batteries (after the one-year period).
  • Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
